well i figured it out, if you cant open the program cause its a .SIT file then you need the expander many people recommend the aladdin expander but i just went to download.com and looked for a stiffit expander or unpacker. also to make things easier download shapeshifter. after you have downloaded and installed the stiffit program just open shapeshiter and then click the tigermask program and shapeshifter should automatically open by itself but if you still need anymore help contact me at silkyhousetoyota@yahoo.com
