This image has been taken on top of the Rigi mountain near Lucerne, Switzerland. It was -20°C (-4°F) plus strong winds that made it feel like -100°C. Of course I thought that my leather gloves would suffice which turned out to be wrong...

Preikestolen is a massive cliff 604 meters (1982 feet) above Lysefjorden, Norway. It takes you roughly two hours to hike the trail to the top, passing a couple of nice ascents and many, many tourists. And you better cross your fingers that it doesn't start raining from one minute to the other!

This lighthouse is situated on the southern shore of Kangaroo Island, one of the most beautiful places I've ever been.

Taken on a night with a full moon at Lake Wakatipu, near Queenstown, New Zealand. The view was crystal clear and very bright. So I went for a 30-second long exposure, ISO 400 at f/2.8. Made it almost look like daylight...

I took this image during my trip on the Nile river in Egypt. The burning sun had finally rested and pleased us with this vivid sunset.

During my trip from Bergen to Stavanger, I encountered this beautiful lake near a park. After five days of rain, it was one of the more or less sunny days and I stopped to take this picture. Enjoy!
