Wallpaper Details:
Fort Jefferson
By Tangata Manu
March 30th, 2010
This image was taken while I walked the moat wall surrounding Fort Jefferson in the Dry Tortugas. The fort is magnificent, huge and solid and stamped onto the otherworldly colors of the sky and water. A truly beautiful place.
Nikon D90, Photomatix.

This is an amazing image. Nice and calm and it's nice to see this make it here so quick! Everything seems to be spot on as far as the technical qualities go. Your HDR technique is pretty effective here as well. I have to agree with you this is a gorgeous place. Keep it up. Cheers.

Great job! The brick pattern is so sharp and regular that it fools my eye into thinking you used Photoshop to pattern that section. Great scene and great photo.

I agree with BJBProductions, go D90!!!
And this is a beautiful picture with great compositions. Also, great job with Photomatix. I can never get my tone mapping to look "right" with it.
