I can see what you were trying to do, isolating the droplet by making it the only object really in focus, but to me it feels like your depth of field was much to shallow to capture the full effect of the picture. even the upper surface of the droplet is out of focus. I would have closed the appeture just a bit to get the entire droplet and the upper petals of the flower in focus, leaving the majority of the petals in the back and background out of focus. that way the droplet is still isolated because it is the only object that is completley in focus. good concept for a picture though, 4/5 stars
