Just curious, but what type of lens did you use with your D80?

It's pretty blurry, like the camera was moving when you took it. All the colors have like a blue haze over it and are washed out. Can't really enjoy the true beauty of the scene. Really nice shot I must say, but the mistakes really take away from it.

I think it's a good photo, stark contrast between the bright blue sky, the snow capped mountain and the drab, dreary ground.

BenDiAnna,

The shutter speed was 1/640 of a second. That's why I asked about the lens on the D80 because I too noticed the blurriness and wondered if a poor lens was used.

Ok, that makes sense f8pcpaul. I don't really know much about photography, but I knew something looked funny about everything.

I have to agree, seems a little fuzzy. Maybe the weather was just hazy that day

The graininess takes away the beauty of the shot. Would have been great otherwise. The composition is good.

The dark shadows in the upper left and right hand corners of the screen just deteriorate the overall photo for me. Sorry.

Oh wow. This reminds me alot of the grand Teton Mountains in wyoming. Great shot.
