I like it. Out of focus shots make great backgrounds and this evokes feelings of motion, energy etc.

I don't like this either. Little effort, not much here.

I'm all for experimentation and innovation although this doesn't do it for me I commend your efforts anyway.

I wouldn't call it a bokeh but rather shaking hands technique.

I just can't see any creative process or design in this photo. It just seems like a badly taken or test shot. Having said that, keep trying OP!

Maybe it would look cool on the inside of a cd cover? But not my sort of wallpaper, keep trying though...

I really like to colors on this one, but I cannot have it as a wallpaper because it looks too busy to be a "simple" wallpaper and too simple to be a good photo to keep. I tried a full screen view and it does confirm what I feel about the wallpaper. As said, I really like the colors and would like to see what was in the blurred image.

Even for an abstract, it needs a focal point. I need a frame of reference too. However, "Keep on clickin' and we'll keep on pickin."

Not sure what the intention was with this image, but I'm sorry to say, it not registered with me. Good luck next time, but I will have to pass on this download.

No need to qualify honesty with empty encouragement. This is amateur and uninspired no matter how you slice it. I know we'd like to excuse and accept it as interesting art, but abstract work usually has a point. This just looks like a mistake. Let's retain some standards.

Pathetic! Sorry I hate 100% out of focus images.

In spite of all the negative comments here, I believe the work could be great with a little tasteful post processing work. It needs to be tamed with some artificial vignetting or dodge/burn to remove the distraction from the outer edges of the frame. It has loads of depth - the perspective leads the eyes to the focal point so it definitely has potential.

@Thrawed: I'm curious as to the technique used here have you shifted the zoom ring during the exposure to create the perspective effect?

Interesting, I think what some people are forgetting is that sometimes art is an accident. Keep trying.
