Usually I don't like these inside photos. But this works really well on the desktop. Good job.

how can so much rotten crap feel so cozy?!

this is what i'm talking about! briliant, unique photo you just love to stare at, and that in spite of the utter grossness of the subject matter. i call that an achievement.

it probably won't go on my desktop as it's not really a family environment kind of wallpaper, but it's a keeper.

When I saw the thumbnail, I thought about "Tomahawk's Cabin".
Unique, different... which is very cool.
Nice job

Snappermorgan, the big question is, "What's inside the suitcase and trunk?" Perhaps we don't want to know. This has to be the most intriguing shot ever posted here. Great "mise en scene." Let's have some more.

that is DEFINITELY a corpse on the couch. Look at it in the 1080p version...

Woah, it's a great photo! It looks like it could be some sort of abandoned house in chernobyl, maybe Pripjat (Pripyat?)
Awesome, well done!

Agree with Burn. This is a heck of a photo. Snapper, you managed to make a collection of nasty old furniture look fascinatingly gross yet somehow fresh at the same time. I love the ivy and light creeping in. This could be a perfect horror locale.

But Burn, this one's not going on your desktop? I think I know why IFL never pleases you -- you want it to be an innovative photo art hub when it's just a wall site! Don't get me wrong, I love when the line's blurred (and I'm a fan of your diatribes) but if something's not trying to be something else, why target it? Let's go after the talent to push them higher.

Wow. Just wow. Amazing. Looks like something Gordon Freeman might come across in Half Life 2.

I wish I could know the story behind all that stuff. I like this photo - it seems to have been through a journey =)

Oh, by the way, did you see what the person was reading by looking at all those pages over the floor? I really wish I was there. So interesting.

This picture shouldn't be here. What next? Are we going to be uploading pictures of what's inside of dumpsters with green worms on it's wall to 'spice it up' and to make it 'pretty?' A wallpaper has to encompass a purpose to convey to the viewer...what does looking at trash convey to you? Are you INSPIRED to achieve greater things in life by looking at your screen with this abomination on it day after day? Pheeew...to the cyber trash bin it goes. NO THANK YOU

Thanks for all the comments people.

REPENT_OF_SIN would you prefer a picture of Jesus on the cross.

Jesus, I am a sinner of photography, please forgive my camera sins, be my Lord and Savior and buy me a new Nikon D3X, guide me, Amen.

Awesome pic, snapper. But please, answer this: what is this on the couch? Is it really a corpse lying on its belly or just something similar? I can see a skull and legs, but it seems too small for a human...
