i dont play baseball or have any interest in the sport, but this is an AMAZING picture and i JUST emailed the link the to my dad cuz he will freak its awesome (he loved baseball as a kid).

That is a good shot. Very much authentic image of real baseballs, however, that one looks like it's a bit lop-sided. Good work.

The exposure looks okay in the original. I think the overexposed look is due to the removal of the dirt :)

I took a look at the original image and I think the post-processing adds a LOT to this image. There is a depth and character, almost an un-told story effect to this final piece. The ball is slightly over-exposed yes, but the detail it brings out makes it worth it. I personally LOVE the lop-sidedness of the ball against a worn bench and dirty wall. I feel like if I stare at it long enough I can hear the crack of a wooden bat and the roar of the crowd. Nicely done!
