These guys were having a good time, and didn't seem to mind me gate-crashing to get a shot.

Chris, you are my favorite photographer on Interfacelift - I always look forward to your submissions and this one is no exception. Those starfish must be huge to stand out so well in such a sweeping view! Excellent, professional, GORGEOUS work as always. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. :)

Well, we've given his shots our praise (and this one is especially welcome in a Pacific Northwest heat wave), so I just wanted to say that I also love Gin's humor and obvious compassion for animals.

New Zealand is a hole, but you certainly manage to make it look good. Nice shot.

Nice shot Chris. I love the sky. Are you using a grad filter or multiple exposures? Just curious.

@ XHTZK: NZ is a hole? you must be joking or trolling. NZ is one of the most beautiful places on earth IMO.

The water in the bottom is VERY bad made. Redo it, and I'll comment again.

@Janique: It is a photograph the water was not made. The silky water is the effect of a slow shutter speed and it is intentional. Maybe before your next comment you should do a little research and make sure you know what you are talking about.

@EastTN, I used a 4-stop grad filter here. I ended up blending the sky in from another exposure even though I didn't really need to (the clouds just looked a bit better in that exposure).

Thanks for the info Chris. I have a three stop slingh ray GF that I have only used once. You have motivated me to pull it out and start using it more often.
