Not bad, but there's too much noise on the mountains and the bridge is not so clear too..maybe your equipment was not one of the best :)

Perhaps the camera was not the best, but the photographer has nevertheless given us something quite rare: an original image of a traditional landmark. The only real flaw I see is that the horizon line bisects the picture in the center of the image - I violation of the standard rules of composition.

"violation of the standard rules of composition."
Um...ok. Seems a bit picky, no?
The term "iconic image" is overused..but totally appropriate here. Nice job.

I agree with lerch84. The picture itself is beautiful, but the noise in the sky and mountains as well as the lack of focus on the bridge tend to be slightly distracting. A great effort though nonetheless.
There is no violation. At least I do not see this problem (perhaps someone with more experience can enlighten us.) Your image is good, yes, but perhaps, as lerch84 said, the equipment does not bring us better results - especially the issue of lenses -. But still I liked, treestudent. All entries are subject to better results.

While I can enjoy this one no matter the platform, it also looks fabulous on the iPhone. The center orientation (?) works there especially.

nice shot from the waters, but only 1 problem. doesn't look like water. I think it needs to be a little bit more polished up but overall, the mood is captured and the scene is very welcoming to look at.

This is a really nice shot.
Just one tip for future submissions..don't state what camera/lens you used. That way the stuck up tech geeks won't have a clue and they may just judge you image on its own merit.
