Too much foreground in my opinion... if the camera were tilted higher to capture more of the sky and rainbow, it would look more balanced.
Fathom216, the site was well chosen. The dry vegetation infuse a particular color, alive. I agree with the TME, maybe not putting the horizon line necessarily in the center, but a little lower... But I liked the photo! Thank you!

Oh, and to Beginning, the trail does goes through the water. The creek connects to a small waterfall on the left (out of sight in the pic), but it's really shallow going through the creek to connect back to the trail.
