"I think it's too blurry, anyway is a nice attempt"....hhaha its supposed to be like that!! I used a really wide aperture (f1.8) so it gave the picture a really shallow depth of field...... i've also been trying to get some pictures up on here other than the usual "sunset" and landscapes we have :o)

Nicely done. The reflection of the ring flash is cool! Personally I like the narrow depth of field. Although now I want to see a photo at a small aperture so I can see what the entire setup looks like.

Great macro shot of something I would never have thought could look cool. That'll be my background for a while I think :-)

Not really my cup of tea either, though I do agree that there should be more non landscape related submissions. For example the submission "Rising Curve", on page 3 of the Loupe currently, is amazing - I hope more people vote for it and others like it.

Thanks a lot, @onis_uk. My nice Apple 20" Cinema Display is now covered with paper clips and other ferrous objects from my computer desk!
Seriously though, the magnets look to be ball bearing size. Did you meticulously arrange them by hand? I may change the background color just to be ornery.
Thank goodness the plate in my head has stopped vibrating. Nice craftsmanship. Good night everybody.
