The colors are nice and compliment each other with the blues and oranges. The gradient transition in the sky is practically flawless with no visible banding like nbocch said. I also like the reflections of those street lights and how they are streak downward in that very vivid orange.
Good composition except maybe the horizon line could've been higher just a tiny bit. The left side is kind of distorted and the buildings are skewed. I'm not sure exactly how this happened but that's the only thing that really bugs me about this.

The reason why I click and see this one is the amazing color! Wow~ Yellow with blue is really a good idea!

Something seems very off with the horizon line. It seems ok on the right side of the image, but the left seems to slope back up.
