Went to Detroit this Fall and stopped at the zoo. This ape was relaxing on the grounds.

Wow! This is phenomenal. The composition is perfect, imo. The ape is in perfect focus, with the out-of-focus tree in the foreground making an awesome right-bracket. The background is just enough out of focus to keep the ape obvious as the subject. His pose couldn't even be better! And then the colors work really well, too. Golden leaves with hints of pink and green.

I would not change this image a bit!

I hardly ever comment on IFL anymore, but I just had to for this one. Congratulations on a phenomenal print!

I wouldn't change a thing...no improvement necessary! The mechanics are perfect, but your subject matter...wow. What a magnificent creature.

The bokeh and sharpness of this lens is just amazing!

The only thing that could be improved is that tree in from of the image. But i think this was the only way to take this shot.
