Airport Atmosphere

A week ago I decided to finally visit our local airport with my camera. So I went to Düsseldorf International Airport (ICAO: EDDL) and took some pictures. This is one of the results. The picture was taken right after sunset. You can see an Airbus A319 in front and a Boeing 737 in the back.

Canon EOS 50D, Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS, tripod, Adobe Lightroom 3, Paint.net.

This image is of extremely high quality and it is well taken...

but i am confused on why someone would use it as their wallpaper...considering it is a picture of an airport

I have to admit that the picture is really well taken and colors are great.

But it's not the kind of picture that I like to see when I switch on my computer.
