Perfect clarity, composition, balance, focal point, bokeh, coloring and subject matter. Nothing is wrong with this one it's one of the best I've seen in a while. It has a very National Geographic look to it. For what it is, a close-up photo of a particular type of eagle, it is masterfully done and I can't imagine a final product any better. You could sell this to some interested buyer I'm sure. Great work and a superbly executed shot cookzkie! I hope to see more from you soon! =)

I have to agree with Daddy_Gemini! Phenomenal photograph! I love being able to see the hairs and pores on the face as well as the layered feathers. Great work!
The only thing I would change, and I cannot fault you for not doing so, is the eye. It would be worth it to me to Photoshop the reflections from the eye of the eagle; but, that is the only thing I can possibly think of (and I had to dig for that). :)

The detail and depth are breathtaking! Love the rule of thirds positioning.
