I like the color scheme; those color blues are my favorite.

Is there a version without the tilt-shift blur? The blur looks unrealistic and detracts from the image.

Quality declines more and more here on interfacelift.
Can't think of anyone who could have voted for this seriously ...
Fortunately we can pick some highlight wallpaper in the loupe downloads (the only cause I'm still registered).

I'll tell u why they voted for this pilot; the center, which is all u can see at actual size when voting, is pretty clear, and they can't see the extent of the blurring, which I agree not only detracts from the image, but ruins what is a mediocre photo in the first place.

Also I would tend to agree that the quality declines on this site overall, however there has been some gems here and there. Basically it's like every 5 that make it to the main page (some I have no idea how), there is one good one. =)

I'm not claiming that my photo is 'amazing', in fact it sat on my hard drive for years without me even taking a second look at it. I'm no pro, I don't claim to be, I would also agree with Daddy_Gemini that it's difficult to see the extent of the blur in the loupe, they should let you see the entire image at max resolution. I have a version w/o the blur, contact me privately and I'll email you the file.

Would you guys care to share some of your photos?

This shot was perfect for me. It's been on my laptop for days now. Thanks, Skizz0tt.

So strange. I looked at this image full size and immediately could smell salt-water and fish. It wasn't a good smell that my brain picked up on, but it wasn't a bad one either. At first I thought this photo was way overprocessed, and I still do to some extent, but I think that the image has an impact on the viewer and it certainly affected me. Oh wait, maybe that was my Tuna onigiri that I just ate. In any case, it made me think.
