Some weeks ago I was taking some photographs in Berchtesgaden, Baviera, Germany. This is one of my photos - as a wallpaper. :) Hope you like it.

I think this pic is awesome. I am a noob so I was wondering do you need a tripod to take this kind of shot? I would think so since the shutter speed is very low and any movement would make the rocks blurry as well right? I see that you used a tripod, but is it possible without one?

Nothing, your pic is really nice, did you use photoshop, if yes, what features did you use to edit it?

@ koshka2006: Yes, without a tripod you can forget this kind of exposure. You will have motion blur in you picture if don't use one.

Superb image! You nailed it! The exposure is fantastic and the perfect amount of motion blur in the water and the color balance seems so real that I'd swear I could walk into the picture. Fantastic in every way!

hi, its a fantastic foto.

but the "gollinger waterfall" is in austria not in germany.

is a small village a few miles from salzburg city in the salzburg country.
