Very beautiful photo. I love the reflection in the water and the lights on land make a nice place for the eye to go when exploring the scene. The colors are very nice as well.

Unfortunately there seems to be some major color clipping in the blue channel, and perhaps a white balance issue overall. I don't know if you wanted the sky to turn out so intensely blue, but if you did I feel it's only distracting and unnatural. Still a lovely shot though.
