Moonset

February 14th, 2012

A fantasy "moonset" created with photoshop! I joined two images... one of the Moon and another of the Grado lagoon in Italy taken during twilight!

Sony Alpha NEX-C3, 18-55 f3.5, image data converter and Adobe Photoshop CS5.

wow, nice job; I couldn't imagine looking out of my window and seeing the moon as huge as it is there

Beautiful! Love the idea and wish this would one day come true. The blue in this is just mesmerizing.

i like this picture, it looks pretty cool! The moon has a nice glow on the environment.

I think the moon has too much sharpness though, and it doesn't go well with the smooth look of the lagoon... at least that was my first reaction when I saw the image.

great, looks real. you can transform that "fishing nets" on the sticks(3rd one) in the water in the right corner into sceleton...that would add melancholy, for sure :)
