Though the foreground rocks are nice, I would have liked to see more sky, as I think the sky and ships are the main feature here.
But a fabulous photograph anyway.

Nice shot. I like the placement of the horizon. I could agree with Kendo that maybe you could've placed it on the bottom third and had more sky but either way looks nice.

I only think that maybe the rocks are not lightened up enough. Just maybe there wasn't enough light let in through the filter to brighten up the bottom.
Could be my monitor all the same.

Overall, nice shot.
