An early morning in May at Grand Teton National Park rewarded us with this amazing panorama.

The water was so calm that it produced an almost perfect reflection of the mountains.

This picture was taken from one of the Maui beaches at sunset with an ND400 filter.

I slipped on a rock and fell in the water to the waist, almost drenching the camera...

We finally got some sun in the UK, so everyone was taking advantage. Even at nearly 8pm there were paddleboarders out.

Five exposures were taken and Photomatix was used to create a base HDR. I then used the -1 exposure to create a version where the Sun was circular, rather than hazy, and did some work to combine the two in Photoshop and Lightroom.

Inspired by Paul Morgan, I went to Hartland Quay - past ... don't know more than a day of rambling around and chilling in my car I went down to the cliffs and took that photograph there. The incoming flood forced me to leave the beach then.
