Evening twilight sunset of the Formula 1 Grand Prix fever at the Port Hercule of the Principality of Monaco. Just a few days before the exclusive F1 Grand Prix 2013 of Monte-Carlo, the city is preparing for the mega event of the year. Tribunes, protective race track barriers and fences are set up.

We finally got some sun in the UK, so everyone was taking advantage. Even at nearly 8pm there were paddleboarders out.

Five exposures were taken and Photomatix was used to create a base HDR. I then used the -1 exposure to create a version where the Sun was circular, rather than hazy, and did some work to combine the two in Photoshop and Lightroom.
