Blood Cells

You wouldn't want that nasty virus hanging out with your blood cells... Inspired by the popular Dual Neuron wallpaper.
I used procedural textures in Cinema4D and turned everything to max!
First Sunset of 2008
By Raimez
February 3rd, 2008
First sunset of the new year. Taken in Northern Italy with a Canon EOS 400D.
Shiny Sky
June 28th, 2007
Taken in Saint-Basile, Québec, Canada with a Canon Digital Rebel XTi. I used a technique called HDR to get the maximum luminance into the picture. I also applied a tone mapping to get rich colors.
Cotonwood Road
February 9th, 2010
The only road that connects byway 12 to Page, Arizona. It's an impressive dirt road which never ends, or so it seems. And here I had no idea I was a couple minutes from a nice paved highway, but I had to stop and glance at the moon-like landscape behind me.
Canon EOS 5D Mark II, with EF24-105L IS USM. Developed in Adobe Lightroom with adjustments in Adobe Photoshop.

Sandbox Sunset
By kopfwiesieb
April 22nd, 2012
This photo was taken at the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes in the Death Valley National Park - a great sandbox for all the tourists that come here. Nevertheless, at the the end of the day, all that's left of them are their footprints in the sand. So I enjoyed the wonderful colors of the sunset on my own :) By the way, all you can hear in a sand desert is your own breath and the pulse in your ear - very interesting effect...
Canon EOS 600D, Sigma 18-50mm DC OS HSM, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom.
Seattle Skyline
By photomojo
April 16th, 2011
Downtown Seattle skyline taken from Kerry Park on Queen Anne Hill. Taken using a 71-second exposure, ISO 100, f/22. The "S" shaped line of light was from a helicopter that was circling the city while the shot was taken.
Canon EOS 60D, Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS, tripod, and remote shutter.

Took this while road-tripping in Montana, on our way to Yellowstone. Love this road.
Nikon D300s, Sigma 10mm f/2.8 EX DC HSM Fisheye, CPL filter and some Photoshop.
Morning Breaks
By jordanzander
July 12th, 2010
The road between Queenstown and Glenorchy was shut due to a rock fall, so waiting on the side of the road the clouds started to break as the sun came up. The colors were stunning.
Canon EOS Rebel T1i (500D), 18-55IS lens, shot at 18mm. ƒ/8, 1/60s. I added contrast and saturation in Adobe Lightroom 2.
