Taken at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, at the rim of a pond in the middle of the gardens. I've been trying to get a macro shot of a dragonfly's face for the past couple of weeks at that pond, but it is tough because they tend to look out on the water, not back toward where I can perch myself. They also fly away if you're not careful. For some reason, perhaps because it had just rained, this particular dragonfly took very little notice of me and let me get a decent shot-- this is perhaps the best I can do with the current equipment I am using.

Near Mt. Charleston, just outside Las Vegas, NV. The storm was following my Jeep out of the mountain. For a brief moment, the Sun broke through the dense cloud cover and cast a light on this mountain to my side. Luckily I pulled over and snapped the shot before the storm reclaimed the land.

Remiel is one piece of the 7 Princes collection, a digital art collection based on the seven Archangels. In this project I wanted to combine a space atmosphere with well defined nebula shapes full of texture and color to give depth to the scene, and define the archangel with his own personality.
