While traveling to Bar Harbor, Maine, my brother and I visited Acadia National Park. This photo is taken at the highest point of the park, with the view on the bay. What makes this unique though, is that I'm back to the sun, which was in haze and created this arch in the sky because of light difusion through the clouds.

Canon 5D Mark II, Canon EF 17-40mm f/4.0 L USM. Developed in Adobe Lightroom 3 and Adobe Photoshop CS4.

These are the stars over Acadia National Park in Maine. This photo was taken on March 6, 2012. I took 30 second exposures at f/4 and ISO 200 for about 3 hours, then I merged them together using a program called Startrails.

Canon EOS 7D, Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM, Canon wired remote.
