Looking towards Boulder, Colorado. This was taken on the day after our first big snowfall this Winter. There were still leaves on the trees, and everything was covered in ice, it was really beautiful!

I took this picture while snowboarding in Kasberg, Austria.

Here is a shot after sunset and after the first snow in Switzerland. Even if the Sun has been gone for a while now, there is still plenty to see out there on the white snowy fields in the freezing nights we are having in Switzerland at the moment. I hope that this shot gives back this feeling.

While the entire ski resort was overcast and had to deal with a snow storm I decided to try my luck higher up the mountain. The clouds suddenly disappeared and all I could think about was capturing the moment. The contrast between the storm under the clouds with the Sun shining above made this an even more mesmerizing moment.
