This small island is called "Sikirica". It is located in Croatia (Europe), about 20km west from Dubrovnik city.

Since the tide was rising my feet got very wet during this shot, but I hope it was worth it. I took this picture on the coast of the North Sea (Netherlands) with a ND-Filter (1000x), f/9, 13 secs.
