Paris's biggest star...

Hello everyone :) I went to Montparnasse Tower in Paris and took some photos that I hope you will like. This first one is an HDR with 3 images bracketing +/- 2 ev and a little pp in Photoshop.

This was my first time seeing the Eiffel Tower. I didn't have a tripod, so I had to rest my camera on a cement wall by the sidewalk.

Canon EOS 60D, Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM.

Picture taken on my first day in Paris, during my most recent holiday there. It was at sunset, the sky was cloudy and little windy. This is an HDR file processed by three bracketed photos.

Nikon D7000, Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G ED. All shots at f/18 and ISO 100. Post-processing with Photomatix 4.0 and Adobe Photoshop CS5.

"The Iron Lady" is what they call her. And she still stands strong today with a massive crowd at her feet. Shot here in the light of the sunset, with a haze of concentrated Autumn pollution.

The wonderful view from the Montparnasse tower, is one of the best that can be obtained from Paris. I took the picture in very bad conditions, very windy and no tripod, and a huge windows obstructing the view. Despite not being the most sharp picture ever taken, I thought it was a good wallpaper anyway!
