I take many trips to Big Sur in Central California. This was taken recently on a hike to the beach, just north of Sand Dollar, called Pacific Valley. It was a beautiful day out.

Pfeiffer Beach in Big Sur, California. This is a popular spot for photographers during the winter. I counted thirteen tripods at sunset.

This shot was taken in Big Sur back in 2011. The conditions we're beautiful.
Modest post-processing was done in Adobe Lightroom 3.
Canon EOS Rebel T1i, Sigma 10-20mm F4-5.6 EX DC HSM.
Photo Settings: 10mm, f/5, 1/15 second, ISO 100.
