Just outside the door and I find this magnificent nature.

This picture was taken this Winter in January. The Sun was really low on the horizon all day. The picture is taken in Norway. In the picture you see the cold winter and a cold Sun.

Moss on a rotten log in Svartediket, Bergen, Norway. It was one of those nice days before spring really blossomed when me and my ex-girlfriend decided to take a walk around Svartediket.

Preikestolen is a massive cliff 604 meters (1982 feet) above Lysefjorden, Norway. It takes you roughly two hours to hike the trail to the top, passing a couple of nice ascents and many, many tourists. And you better cross your fingers that it doesn't start raining from one minute to the other!

I ran into this amazing scene early one morning in December, 2009 near Nissedal, Norway. It lasted only a couple minutes and soon the light was much less impressive...

The series of waterfalls to the right is called "The Seven Sisters" and the hike to this view takes several hours and is pretty tough. I was hoping for better weather when we got there but I think the result came out fine nonetheless.

The fjords here in Norway are simply magnificent. Geirangerfjorden, as this one is called, might be the most beautiful.

This image was shot last fall in my hometown of Bodø (in the northern part of Norway). It was an overcast day and I was eating dinner with my girlfriend, when we saw that the Sun was grasping from behind some of the clouds. I grabbed my camera and ran out to capture the moment. I have heard this phenomenon being described as "Buddha's Fingers", hence the title of the image. I hope you enjoy!
