The way the the bottom portion of the iceberg can be seen through the water like that is just surreal. It's almost creepy looking. Utterly fantastic.

They don't look dead to me... where do you see red? All I see is an amazing photograph that has been on my desktop for over a month now. ;) I agree it definitely has a surreal quality to it, almost so much so that I forget someone was actually there to take this photograph.

Wow. it is just nice to see natural science criss-cross with photography. well, I mean. I do't mean amateur photographers who are actually part of NSF or something XD.
