After some research on what you pretend, I found some info:
It is forbidden to post a photo of the eiffel tower illuminated at night , day photographies are permitted. Anyway, that's a strange law...

It's a real shame, the bird in the left most portion of the photo completely ruins the shot by disturbing the focal point.
