As cheesy as this is going to sound, this is the exact scene from the movie The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. That picture is what is seen as the "grandmother" opens her granddaughter's window and says "it has the best view in town" Took me actually seeing the movie today to notice it. Great shot!
