While I rather like the composition I think that, technically, there is much to be desired. There is way to much burning in of the sky. The significantly brighter edge of the sky near the buildings makes this apparent. The excessive grain in the sky also detracts from the photo. I also believe that there is too much contrast in the buildings themselves. This is a photo that would almost certainly have benefited from HDR.

It feels so weird seeing this picture because I'm living in Hamburg right now (I'm an American).
I find it nice to see these places in real life, as well. It brings a deeper meaning to a photograph..

I have to disagree with jpicard on the noise in the sky. In my opinion it really adds to the overall effect. Nice job.
