Looks nice but I think it would look much better if it wasn't in a Sepia tone. Do you have a non-Sepia version of this wallpaper? It would be greatly appreciated if you had one and uploaded it, thanks.

i have to be honest, B&W and so on is not my favorite way to get my pictures out, i love the colored one, but i think is good to be different from time to time, otherwise always the same work gets boring.
Thanks for the comments, i would welcome more!

I agree with Joel's use of sepia on this. It's not my personal taste, but if I wanted something in color he does have many other wallpapers of much the same setting done in color. The sky done like this does look very cool, I'm not sold on the foreground area though.

I live in high desert of Northern Nevada, the land scape here looks fairly similar and truth be told, its probably not that colorful anyway (unless you look very closely in the spring)...the sepia exeplifes the normally desolate landscape. Great shot!

Scott Kelby has a great book called Photoshop CS for Digital Photographers (I believe he has a version for CS2 and CS3 as well) that does a pretty good job about explaining ways to get good monochromatic images from you color photos. It's a great book to add to your collection. I reference mine often.
