Wow. That's gorgeous. Awesome vantage point. A little bit more foreground would really balance this out, but the framing of the sun and hills is great.

I'm assuming this is HDR and if it is could you give me a brief rundown of the settings you used? I keep trying HDR but can never really get it to look good.

Great shot and I agree with one of the above posts, a little more foreground and a little less sky would have made this perfect. Good job!!
