Double Rainbow

July 22nd, 2008

Taken at Falcon Lake, Manitoba. I was out taking some sunset shots as a storm was rolling in. I looked behind me and this is what I saw.

Saw this as a background on a mac at a Best Buy store in Winnipeg and recognized it immediately. :) Very nice.

Seriously i don't know how to comment this picture - cause i'm kind'a speechless! It's so delicate and colorfull!

I would really like to know, how you got that much colorvariation in the picture..?

Photoshop not involved? - But really special photo anyway.

The wallpaper is great when no cropping is involved, however my 27 inch screen is at a resolution of 1360x768 so I usually just center or tile a 1440x900... With the crop the focal point becomes the out of focus power pole and ruins the image. However, in its original state as meant to be viewed it looks great!

I am sorry, I meant that my eye was drawn towards the out of focus power pole... It isn't the focal point, but my eye cannot get off of the power pole... it is horrible because I love this photo.
