While searching for a sunset location, I passed by this bay. There was a small private dock there. I was able to get some really nice shots. This is a 3 image HDR. That water was so calm it made a perfect location for some sunsets shots. More to follow.

I like this shot the most of all your shots to date! You seem to have dropped the "super-saturated" HDR techniques, which I always thought were better reserved for cityscapes and street shots rather than nature shots (just my opinion). This particular photo has great detail on the clouds, particularly near the horizon. The only thing keeping it out of my rotation is the evidence of humanity present on the sides of the lake. I'm excited about the upcoming shots!

Excellent work, a tremendous composition. Is the location West Hawk Lake?

Thank you all very much. I agree, too much human presence in the photo which I could have edited out but decided not too. This is near West Hawk Lake on Caddy Lake.

I love this photo, the zig zag to that cloud throws and excellent reflection onto the water. Nice work! There is one very light spot in the forward center portion of the image in the dark water that I decided to brush out. At first I though I had a dead pixel for a second, but it's just an odd spot.
