The idea for this photo was so good, but the real conditions shouldn't made the better way for it. As said up, more fog would be better to add some depth. But that's the way.

what was your iso? 1600+ I think this shot is way to grainy. I think it would be better with an iso of 100 and a very long exposer to really make this shot a great one.

As others have said, nice idea and I like the composition, but I don't think the light was right for this shot. Good excuse to go back and try and again though!

Not sure what happened here. Others don't like the lighting, which is understandable, however, I'm not even sure I like the composition either. That fence along the trees kind of ruins the effect. It's pretty grainy, and nothing jumps out as the point of focus. Might try finding something else to shoot.

Excellent concept, but poor execution. The excessive noise and lack of a point of interest really ruins the effect. If you could make it a little less noisy it would be usable, but as it is now it is just another picture. There's nothing really exciting about it.

This location feels like the pathway to a beach in Big Sur near Carmel, California. Exactly like it. I know i'm stretching, but can you indulge the location?

Hi all,
Thanks all for the feedback. Actually this shot is taken on old fashioned negative film, iso 160, scanned the negative with a Nikon Coolscan IV and worked around it a bit in PS. The print has more saturation and less grain than the scan. Maybe if I worked on it some more in Photoshop I could improve it.
To Fattire - amazing you say this because it is indeed the exact location.

Either way the shot was a good idea. Keep it up...
