Wow, Chris. I love the green of the grass, and the colors of the sky. This is a beautiful piece of work! The other thing I like is the ratio of grass to sky (or sky to grass, perhaps?). Then there are the cool silhouettes of the trees (especially on the left) which stay out of the way, but yet add something special. My Wallpaper Master rotation just keeps growing. I'm going to have 117 now. :) Thank you for submitting it!

Easily one of the top 10 best shots I've seen on IFL to date. Fantastic shot.
The contrast of magenta to green, with hints of other colors i.e. blue, can be eclectic and overstimulating if done wrong, but each color in your shot works in unison, i.e. there is no argument within the grass as to exactly what shade of green it is - it all works towards one particular end goal.

great picture but it would've be better if the grass was cut and the 2 little tree on the right of the middle would be out of the way.

Great contrast and focal point, nice mood quite right where you are and the day starting down below for others, excellent. I created an account right now strictly to give you some feedback or at least to tell you how great your photos are you really have the eye to capture these! New Zealand looks beautiful as well.

Excellent! Another one for my desktop collection. I love the contrast in the picture: on the left there is the nature side with bright skies whereas on the right you see smoke and dark skies straight above. Nature vs. Human.
