Panoptic

I took this before rushing off to school one morning. I almost (almost!) skipped class to keep shooting, but I got what I was looking for so I suppose there wasn't any point. Nikon D300 and AF-S 18-200 VR.

Whoa. I really like what you did here! You have the silhouette in the foreground which does something I'm not sure how to verbalize. But I like it!

When I first saw it, I was like, "aawwww!!! That's awesome! It's too bad there's a little bit of noise in it!" But y'know what? I don't care. hehehe I wallpapared it anyway! Now I just have to wait for Wallpaper Master to show it to me. :) That's one beautiful shot. Thank you for submitting it!

Yes, there is a little noise but it is so minimal that it does not take away from the beauty of this image. Awesome job, submitter. This is a great shot.

I sit on the fence with this submission it is good for what it is but I still don't like it that much. I think it is the pink /purple sky it seems a little bit unnatural.

For everyone who wants to know, this was taken off my balcony. I live in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada.

My grandfather named his house in England 'Okanagan', as his family were from there originally. I never knew it was so beautiful. The colours are fantastic. I've put it on my desktop to remind me of my heritage.
