Sunset in Front of Me
October 16th, 2008
As we were about to leave the lake one evening, I looked towards the horizon and saw the sun beams shining through the thick fog. It was a one time shot.

As a small image before I downloaded it I wasn't all that impressed I mean I knew it was good but when I downloaded it and looked at it stretching across my wide screen monitor I have to say this is fantastic ! its beauty transcends art into a poetic state of being ... well done this is powerful stuff, very appealing ! probably one of the most inspiring images on the site from an artistic point of view and that's saying something !

Excellent shot! My new choice for desktop background for preparing for winter. Scene is so calm it won't even give any hassle with few icons here and there :)

This picture is simply amazing, it has something that is difficult to explain for me.
It shows the pure natural view of some locations, which are extremely beautiful and do not require special effects editing.

Wow...definitely a once-in-a-lifetime shot! This is absolutely beautiful. So serene, and yet so surreal and mysterious. I've got the feeling this'll be on my desktop for a while :-).

There's something very impressive about this wallpaper. I love the warm wintry tones you caught. Very nice!
