The Old Hunting Shack
By TheReal7

This is one of two hunting shacks I pass by every day to and from work. One morning I finally decided to stop and take a few shots. Enjoy.

Great picture. I think I've been spoiled by some or your more HDR saturated pictures, which I really like. I'd like to see this same picture with more of a wet texture look.
Thanks for sharing.

Nice photo, but am I the only one get getting a really eerie vibe? I'm not a hunter, so feel free to laugh, but that pipe on the side looks like it's dripping dried blood all over the side of the shack. This would make for a classic horror movie premise.

Yeah, i think a horror movie would be just fine. But there's nothing wrong about it. I love the creepy feeling the house gives!

I like this photo as well as your entire portfolio. I noticed you used this same slant look to this image as you did with tomahawks cabin. Its a very cool effect. keep it up with the winter photos, not many are posted here.

Thank you all very much for the comments. The wide angle lens helps me shoot things at weird angles. I use it for most of my landscape photography. I'll definitely be posting some more winter scenes.
