I didn't comment on your last wallpaper submission but I feel the need to here and I can sum up both wallpapers with a few words -- wow, simply amazing. Keep it up.

Now the decision is, which one to use. Ill stick with the outside view for now, but this shot is pretty awesome, hope to see more from you!

Absolutely stunning! The details on the floor leaves me speechless, and I love the 3D feeling it brings forth. Do we get to see the Master Bedroom next?

Folks, I think we've finally found the perfect "anti-sunset"! These photos are incredible. Truly surreal, and a really nice contrast with the other great talent here. The colors pop without being overbearing, and the funky detail is superb. Thanks! (By the way, not sure if the caption implies people were watching home movies in 1902, but television was barely in homes by the '40s, popularized in the '50s. Movie broadcasts came even later.)

Another very other-worldly shot. Nice work.

This may sound strange to many of you herein assembled, but something about this picture seemes familiar to me. The yellow-browns of the ceiling struck a chord as did the general preternaturalness of the image. Here goes: it reminds me of some of the images in the original Myst game. Believe it or not, those images were composed from only 256 colors. 360icon, you have genuinely given us something intriguing.

Nice picture. Note the windows are in pristine condition and the "Do not Enter" sign that was clearly ignored.

My eyes can't handle these HDRs anymore... I had to make the picture a black and white. Sorry. Looks good when you take the color away and turn the contrast down a bit.
I know.. people will disagree. Thats ok. I just can't handle the HDR this aggressive

Stubulman, you magnificent bastard! I loved Myst. What a gem, I do see the similarity. May I be so bold as to suggest that the stark outlines and earthy colors in this photo are partially responsible for your comparison?

I agree, although this one isn't completely oversaturated like the rest. The only real qualm I have with this is the saturation bump in the ceiling and the colorful landscape outside. Otherwise, this is actually bearable.

Corrected: Quoth Brizkit, "Stubulman, you magnificent bastard!" Well, Brizkit, I am not a bastard. My dad said he never touched my mother. (Pardon my groaner). You are right on all counts regarding Myst. By the way, I loved the music in Myst as well as the graphics. I also take umbrage that you are just as good, lo, perhaps an even better wordsmith than I. I have admired your contributions to these pages. Keep up the good work and thank you for using adverbs!!

Both photos are fabulous! I don't think they're spooky - just amazingly atmospheric. I was wondering how an amazing place like this gets left to rot! I wish it belonged to someone in my family... :-)

Excellent. It might be good to focus in on the windows, because the scene outside has so much detail and colour.

I love this one! What software did you use? This is a hdr photo right?

TV Room?? Please correct me if I'm wrong, but that looks like a rusted space heater in the middle of the room, not a television. Or am I just being obtuse and don't get the irony?

Nope, you're 'not' wrong Steve. That's an old Dearborn heater, not a tv. We had one of those when I was a kid, I'd recognize one anywhere. They still sell them, I think.
