Thanks for the feedback everyone! It is frozen water. I drove by this the other day when the water wasn't frozen and thought it would make for a good shot. When I returned a few days later the water had frozen.

Favorite three artists eh? Interesting. Anybody care to post who their favorite three are? Mine would have to be, and I don't know if in this order I'd put them in or not, but mine are: Joel Antunes, Chris Gin, and Macindows/TheReal7. Ok, I cheated.

If you could take the same picture when the water is not frozen it would look even better.
