This is peaceful and scary at the same time..it looks like a horror film set or the "Little House on the Prairie"..and those particular reflections on the sky are very nice!

That barn looks surprisingly photorealistic. Ya I know it's a photo and not a photo shop, but the colors on the barn are surreal.

Thank you all very much. I have traveled all over SE Manitoba looking for old abandoned buildings and have found quite a few. This is the first and only one, so far, that was in kind of setting setting. Usually there are trees in the way or some other debris ruining the shot. When I found this I was pretty excited. I had been looking for a setting like this for a while. Even though it was a cloudy, gloomy day it actually made for nice lighting. This was taken about 30 min before sunset. To Bojan, nope, I am a graphic designer at a sign/silkcreening shop and a musician.

Well worth the search! Yeah it's hard finding a decent subject without any clutter surrounding it, and then catching it in the right light. You nailed this one.
