Mystic Sunrise

Blea Tarn Lake, Cumbria. This fence really got my attention during my visit to the lake District Cumbria. I decided to pop around and have a closer look. I love this view with the trees in the background.

A unique and striking composition. A bit cluttered on the right with all those rocks, but I guess there wasn't much you could do about that.

Love the picture, it's so peaceful. It really makes me want to be there. I must be honest, I wish the fence wasn't in the picture, I like how it leads in to the photo, however it does make it feel a little cluttered to the right. Overall though, everything else is so perfect that it's still great. My new background.

Great shot, looks like you got some fantastic pics from your visit to the lakes :)
What kind of post processing have you done? if any.

A striking image. I don't mind the rocks. They add to the metaphor - the durability of nature compared to the frail works of man (the drowning fence.

Joel, absolutely beautiful. With all due respects, I'm going to try to remove the barbed wire--it's a bit forbidding compared to the tranquility of the rest of the image.
