Great shot, I kinda wish that was an old wooden bridge instead of a rusty metal one. That's just nitpicking though, great work.

Super neat. Is that a train track bridge? Sure looks it.
Love the color...the bridge practically camouflages to the surroundings.

oh yes I do like this even more now, the colours are quite beautiful.
The trees in the background almost have a watercolour-esque nature to them.

Great wallpaper. The colors are really bright! So vivid that I find myself more interested by the vegetation than the bridge itself. What I see is that, despite the beauty I have no sense of depth, that is, what is behind the bridge seems that ends there, as a stage decoration, so harmonious that is... I would like a little more mixing of colors. But I liked the composition! Thank you very much indeed!

There is a reflection (???) just above the bridge, the center to the right... It is a duplicate image of the screw that appears inside the vegetation. How to explain? Software or lenses? Just to clarify, no big deal.

@Thermic Creature, looks like there has been quite a lot of cloning in in the trees above the area you're referring to, and part of the bridge has been accidentally cloned too.

thnx for the good words people! about the cloning issues, there is no clone to this, only playing with colors but no cloning or anything like that! i don't even understand where some people see this "error"

anyhow thnx to all voters, more to come :)

Oh wow. I just noticed the duplicate screws. That's trippy. Nevertheless, I really like this. Perfect Fall feel.

@igring0, you can always try sending the correct version to IFL and ask them to replace it. Or simply put it on your website and post a link here.

It's really a great submission ! I know when something is at the next level of greatness like this is because it becomes more than just an image and turns into a more poetic statement of "Art"
If I had half your ability and eye for detail igring0 I'd never be able to put the camera down .. Keep them coming ! thanks.

igring0 - Did you take this picture near Lake Jocassee? It reminds me of the bridge near the horse pasture area of the lake.

I agree with niftydrumdude, from the thumbnail, it looks like a nice wooden bridge... not a rusty relic. ;)

Go wings!

With all due respect, it's more than "looks like" some cloning happened, the whole area above the bridge's right-hand vertical beam has had the living heck cloned out of it. There are very distinct branch and leaf parts copied half a dozen times or more.

I'm not sure what was there that you didn't want in the picture (sky? ugly office building?) but the touchup job is really obvious and ruins for me what would otherwise be a rather nice picture. Denying you touched it up just adds insult to injury.

Was this picture taken in Highlands, North Carolina? I have been to this bridge before and it is absolutely stunning!

A surefire way of noticing cloning: if you cross your eyes and bits of the image match up in a certain way, you can tell (very similar to how Sterogram images work; "Magic Eyes" as some people know them). I'm getting tons of match ups in that same section above the bridge, all those trees up there.

Don't get me wrong, it's a wonderful photograph. There's just a ton of cloning up there.

Whew, you must have been pretty far, since this is done with 70-200.
The colors are astonishing, perfectly matching.

This pic is really great! It is Highlands, North Carolina, though! I lived up there all summer working at the Highlands Biological Station! When I saw this pic pop up on my Wallpaper Junkie, I was sooooo happy! Great pic!

If you go here at night you can see the Milky Way, BTW...

Yeah I must agree there has been a good bit of cloning above the bridge. Not sure why the artist claims that no clone work was done but its pretty obvious. No shame in using the clone tool. I like the picture though. This is not far from my home.
