Heaven's Gate
I took this back in November 2008 and it's still one of my favorite shots. This is a sunset at Auckland's Muriwai beach, a beautiful but rugged beach and a popular spot for local photographers.

Smooth As Ice
Taken in the Whiteshell Provincial Park in Manitoba, Canada.
Canon EOS 40D, 10-22EF lens, Hoya ND4+ND8.
Maligne Starry Sky
Maligne Lake is a lake in Jasper National Park, Alberta, Canada. It is approximately 22.5 km (14 mi) long and 97 m (318 ft) at its deepest point. The name Maligne is French for "wicked" and was used by Father Pierre-Jean De Smet (1801-1873) to describe the treacherous river that flows from the lake. The name soon spread to the lake, canyon, pass, mountain and range.

Horseshoe Canyon
Just minutes South of Page, Arizona you are faced with quite the view. No fence to prevent you from falling either!

Otuataua Stonefields
The Otuataua Stonefields are a reminder of Auckland's volcanic past, full of stones flung out in successive volcanic eruptions. I was lucky enough to experience a beautiful sunrise there and captured this shot just before leaving. (And yes, these were the actual colours).

Winter Wonderland
Winter is here in full force. Caught this just before total freeze up.
Canon 40D, 10-22EF lens, Hoya ND4+ND8.
Powerful
Today the sunrise was like this, and it was a good opportunity to test my new 5D Mark II.

Lower Falls, Yellowstone
The lower falls at Yellowstone National Park are 308 feet (94 meters) high, or almost twice as high as Niagara. They descend from the 590,000 year old Canyon Rhyolite lava flow and are the largest volume major waterfall in the Rocky Mountains.
I took this photo in August 2009 during my road trip through Montana and Alberta.

Grosverner Arch
Located in South Utah, this geologic wonder is only accessible through a dirt road called Cottonwood Rd. I was alone when I took this photo, no other tourists around and it was very peaceful, with the sound of the wind and birds only.
Canon EOS 5D Mark II with 24-105L. Developed in Lightroom. Adjustments in Photoshop.
Navajo Land
Antelope Canyon, Arizona, USA. This land like the title says belongs to the Navajo nation. With the help of a Navajo guide, you can visit the lower and upper canyon (famous for it light beam, which can be seen on IFL). This was taken in the lower canyon in the morning. This shot is made of 3 exposures.
